Choosing Your Supplier

Here is a general checklist of what you should be looking for.

Make sure the company gives you a 100% money-back guarantee on the lamp if you are not satisfied with the results or the customer service. There are a lot of poor quality gels and lights out there, and you want to be able to return the product if you are not satisfied. Most companies will NOT allow returns, and those that do usually charge a 20% restocking fee. UltraWhite has a 30-day full money back guarantee on the Futura 2000 and the Futura 2400®.

Make sure the company has a 2-year warranty on their lamp and preferably a lifetime warranty. We have a 2-year warranty on the Futura 2400®, which we extend indefinitely as long as you are buying an average of 10 kits per month per lamp. So basically if you are doing 10 treatments per month, you get a lifetime warranty on our light.

Pay close attention to what the company tells you and make sure you rate and compare their pre-sales customer service. Most companies are not willing to spend the time to thoroughly answer all your questions and educate you about the industry. There’s a lot you need to know before getting started. You need to feel comfortable with your supplier and feel they will be there for you when you need them. Call us and you’ll see what we mean.

Make sure that the company you are dealing with can ship your order in no more than a few days. Legitimate suppliers have inventory and can ship quickly.

Beware of companies that don’t list their complete address on their website. These are usually one-person companies that work out of their home and don’t want you to see this.

Beware of any company that promises many shades of whitening in a single 15-20 minute treatment. This is generally NOT possible, unless a professional dental teeth whitening kit with a very high hydrogen peroxide concentration is used. Call us and we’ll explain to you why this is not possible.

If you can, go and visit the company to see their office and warehouse. Make sure they have inventory – most teeth whitening companies are very small and do not carry much or any inventory and they just wait for you to pay for your order before they actually buy the lamp or kits to sell to you.

Make sure that the lamp is a real blue LED lamp. For example, there is a company selling a regular blue light bulb that you put in any lamp at home. This is NOT a teeth whitening lamp – it is a scam. Blue LED light is cold – a regular light bulb even if blue in color is going to emit light that can burn you. There are also companies offering white or red or other color LED lights – these don’t have the wavelength required to accelerate the whitening process and you’d just be wasting your money.

In general, use your common sense and make sure you feel totally comfortable with your supplier.

I can't believe the difference it made to my teeth. All my friends noticed, and my boyfriend loves it.

Amy, 18

I felt everyone noticed my grey teeth. I would hide my smile in public because I was so embarrassed. Now I have so much confidence, that I can't stop smiling.

Jessica, 26

I feel like a Hollywood star. An extreme makeover, without the extreme.

Madison, 21

I've heard a lot about these teeth whiteners, but never thought they were for me. But when my wife commented that my teeth were looking stained and old, I decided to try UltraWhite. After two weeks of easy home sessions, my teeth are glowing. Even my kids noticed.

Michael, 37

The take home kit is so easy. I used it while watching TV every night, and every day I could see the difference. Now I use the Touch Up pen to keep my teeth white. How easy is this!

Stephen, 32

My teeth were so yellow from years of coffee and redwine. I thought nothing would fix them. Thank you UltraWhite for making my teeth shine again. It has taken years off my looks.
